Most of modern "Hinduism" is a 19th–20th century remix. British colonial laws banned left-hand practices and rewrote school textbooks.

Arya Samaj and early reform movements declared meat, alcohol offerings, and Tantra as "corruptions".

Neo-Vaishnavite groups (including ISKCON) went further:

• Shiva, Durga, Ganesha, and the entire Shakta pantheon became "demigods"
• Krishna was declared the only Supreme
• Brown kids in Delhi and California now learn their own religion from white gurus in saffron robes
• You supposedly need "millions of lifetimes of good karma" to be born Hindu… yet anyone can get initiation after a $101 donation and a weekend course

YSS/Yogoda Satsang and similar groups slowly inserted Jesus quotes into Patanjali's Yoga Sutras to make it "universal" (read: palatable to white audiences).

Bhairava, Chāmuṇḍā, the 64 Yoginīs, and the entire cremation-ground tradition were labelled "black magic", "dangerous", or quietly erased.

We are sold a sterilised, vegetarian, bhakti-only Hinduism that feels safe for Instagram and Sunday school but has no teeth left in Kali Yuga.

We didn't leave Hinduism.
Hinduism was taken from us and sold back in a cleaned-up package.

Project Kaula is simply returning the original, uncensored version—no foreigners, no "demigod" labelling, unapologetic.

We are no longer practicing Hinduism.
